We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Appointments
Most of our patients finish treatment right on time, and obtain excellent results, by following our basic scheduling guidelines. We do have some afternoon appointments available for simple visits, but all patients need to take some morning appointments for procedures taking 45 minutes or longer. These morning appointments include: (1) initial placement or removal of braces, (2) insertion of multiple bands on back teeth, and (3) any visit taking 45-60 minutes. We request a notice of 24 hours if you must cancel an appointment. Our experience is that patients who don’t follow these guidelines can extend their treatment times from the average 2 years to 3 or even 4 years. The good news is that, with simple planning, most people achieve their beautiful smile right on schedule.

Payment Options
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer in-house financing with approved credit and outside financing with Orthodontic Fee Plan. For payment in full at the start of treatment, we extend a 3-7% discount to our patients.

Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
